MATERIALS
Patons Canadiana (100 g/3.5 oz)
or Patons Décor (100 g/3.5 oz)
Main Color (MC) (White) 1 ball
Contrast A (Yellow) 1 ball

Size 3.75 mm (U.S. 5) knitting needles or size needed to obtain tension. Stuffing.

TENSION
24 sts and 32 rows = 4 ins [10 cm] in stocking st.

INSTRUCTIONS
FRONT and BACK (make alike)
Petals
**With A, cast on 5 sts.
1st row: (WS). Knit.
2nd row: Inc 1 st in first st. Knit to last 2 sts. Inc 1 st in next st. K1.
Rep last row 3 times more. 13 sts.
Next row: (RS). Inc 1 st in first st. Knit to last 2 sts. Inc 1 st in next st. K1.
Next row: Knit.
Rep last 2 rows 6 times more. 27 sts.
Knit 14 rows even (garter st). Break yarn. Slip sts to end of left hand needle.** First petal made.
Rep from ** to ** 5 times more. Six petals made. 162 sts.
Join petals: 1st row: With MC, cast on 1 st. K13 (including cast on st). Sl1. K2tog. psso. K12. *K12. Sl1. K2tog. psso. K12. Rep from * to end of row. 151 sts.
2nd row: Cast on 1 st. Purl to end of row (including cast on st). 152 sts.
3rd row: Knit.
4th row: Purl.
5th row: K12. Sl1. K2tog. psso. K11. *K11. Sl1. K2tog. psso. K11. Rep from * 4 times more. K1. 140 sts.

With A, embroider stem st detail on Front of Daisy Pillow. Sew Front and Back of Pillow along “Join petals row” leaving an opening to insert stuffing.
Stuff firmly. (Do not stuff petals). Sew opening closed. Sew petals of Front and Back tog.
